In order for us to change any pattern in life (usually negative or destructive), we must change it mentally, emotionally and physically. Change only happens at a cellular level and once we create a new habit and replace it for the old one, our cellular structure changes as well. And that’s what we call evolution and transcendence.
Evolutions means not only that you understand a situation, but also that you can respond differently (with love and compassion), to a similar situation once it presents again.
Once we are able to respond to any situation differently (with love and compassion), we realize that the only reason why we can respond from a place of kindness is because we see the value of integrating the person so we can fulfill our Life Purpose
The Four pillars of creation are 4 energy bodies that work in our favor as long as they are equally worked on and harmonized with each other. These four bodies represent in our life whether we are balanced at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
These four pillar are also represented as follows:
Every single living being in the universe from atoms, humans, planets, galaxies and even Ascended Masters, go through these process of ascension. But what that means to us at a human level is very simple. We have to consciously work on each area mentioned above to have a balanced life. It means that we have to dedicate as much time and commitment to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
Mental Work
Expression is our need to express ourselves in any way possible. It is a process of thinking what we want to create and how we want to do it. We have to have a purpose in life and a plan to fulfill that purpose.
At a mind level, and in order to have a healthy relationship with our mind, we must constantly exercise our mental abilities. There are many ways to do it like: reading something of interest to us or learning a new language. Learning is key to our development and without keeping an active mind, we can even deteriorate it. Take time to learn because the universe never stops teaching.
Emotional
We have a range of 108 emotions that we can experience on Earth. We all come here for the “experience” and that includes not only situations but also the emotions that those situations come with. Not all emotions are positive, we also have negative emotions and those are the ones where the lessons are learned.
All emotions carry a frequency and none are consider good or bad, but rather positive (high vibrational frequencies) or negative (low vibrational frequencies). Evolution is a process of a combination of both, positive and negative emotions, and just like you would imagine a rollercoaster with its ups and crazy downs, life experience also comes with those up and downs. but the downs are very necessary for us to be catapulted to our next level of development over and over and over again. In any case, all emotions are an invitation for growth and they are all a blessing, as long as you don’t let yourself linger in a single emotion for a while. It is perfectly normal to experience all emotions but it is important to be aware of how much time we spend focused on that emotion.
A great way to get to practice emotional well-being is to become aware when we are feeling a strong emotion towards a situation or a person and ask ourselves why we are feeling like that. Feel the emotion for a while and don’t react to the situation or the person until you understand the root of the emotion. It does take practice to pause and not say or do anything, but I promise is always better to wait to respond with wisdom as opposed to reacting from fear and emotional distress.
Physical
Integration is the implementation of the knowledge we learn. Knowledge without implementation is meaningless. Once you apply the lessons learned in your everyday life, the concepts will become life experience and of course, wisdom.
On the Physical Development:
A healthy way to promote the physical aspect of the self is of course exercise and the stretching of the body. As we continue getting older (after 40 or so), we start loosing mass muscle and flexibility, so it is very important to do weight lifting responsibly so we keep as much muscle as we can to sustain the body.
Stretching is also imperative and most important because if we loose our muscle flexibility, we loose also our ability to be flexible in life. Every muscle starts to contract and you’ll experience lack of mobility and painful cramps due to lack of flexibility.
Always keep your temple active and your body will thank you with a radiant and amazing tool the body is.
Spiritual
Once we get to this stage is when we get to transcend to the next level of evolution. Transcendency doesn’t mean we are exempt from never falling to lower frequencies and experience frustration. It means that we will be able to deal and respond to these situation from a Higher Consciousness. It means that we’ll be ready and aware of the situations that call for our attention so we can see right away the service behind. These new situations will always come but we’ll have a faster realization on why we are calling them upon our reality without having to suffer like we did before.
Spiritual Practice:
A good practice for the Spirit is to go in meditation and get to know the magnificence of who we are. Meditation in the form of silence and alone time with the Self is very powerful and it teaches you Self Love, patience and commitment, among other many, many lessons.
Meditation is a practice of unconditional love with One Self. It is the most intimate space from where you can dedicate time to the most important person in the Universe…You.
